RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days from the day you receive your package to contact us for a full refund. You have 30 days to return your items for an exchange or store credit.

Once you contact us, and a shipping label will be provided for you. $3.90 will be deducted from your refund, if this label is used. Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $3.90 will still be deducted. Additionally, please feel free to ship your package back yourself or return it in store.

• • Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
  • Items which are excluded from returns are hair accessories, pajamas, and underwear.
  • Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our discretion.
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • Any merchandise that is 30% off or more is final sale and can be exchanged for size only.

  EXCHANGE POLICY

  If you would like a different size or color, please give us a call or email us and we would be more than happy to help you. Or, simply return your original purchase and place a new order online.
