RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days from the day you receive your package to put it in the mail for a full refund. You have 30 days to return your items for an exchange or store credit.

A shipping label will be provided for you. A $4.90 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund, if this label is used. Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $4.90 charge will still be deducted. If you would like to ship your package back yourself or return it in store, that is, obviously, an option, as well..

    • Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
    • Items which are excluded from returns are hair accessories, pajamas, and underwear.
    • Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
    • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our discretion.
    • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    If you would like a different size or color, please give us a call or email us and we would be more than happy to help you. Or, simply return your original purchase and place a new order online.

    SALES POLICY

    Any merchandise that is 30% off or more is final sale and can be exchanged for size only.
